These terms apply to all purchases and enquiries made through svennorrisart.com, operated by Sven Norris, trading as Sven Norris Art. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell original artworks and limited-edition fine art prints. Each print listing states the edition size, print dimensions, and available stock. Once an edition sells out, no further prints of that edition will be produced.

All prints are produced to order. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the printed piece due to monitor calibration and the nature of the printing process. We take care to ensure accurate representation but cannot guarantee an exact match.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through our secure checkout powered by Stripe. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is found to be incorrectly priced or unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping

Prints are carefully packaged and dispatched within 5 to 10 working days of your order being placed, subject to print production times. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at svennorris.art@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Because prints are produced to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Sven Norris and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a print grants you the right to display the work privately but does not transfer any reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork commercially without prior written permission.

Limited editions

We are committed to the integrity of our limited editions. Once an edition is declared closed, no further prints of that image in that edition size will be produced or sold by us. Each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist, stating the edition number and size.

Enquiries and commissions

Enquiries submitted through the site are not binding orders. We will respond to all enquiries but cannot guarantee availability. Commission terms are agreed separately in writing before any work begins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
